Between August 1 and August 31, 2026, we’re offering free on-site tree safety checks for Westchester homeowners. No pressure, no upsell — just a certified arborist walking your property and flagging trees that might need attention before hurricane and nor’easter season.

What’s Included

• 30–45 minute walk of your property
• Visual assessment of all mature trees and their proximity to structures
• Identification of dead limbs, cracks, decay, and leaning trees
• Verbal summary on site plus a written checklist by email
• No obligation and no pushy quotes

What It’s Not

• A full TRAQ risk assessment (that’s a paid diagnostic service)
• A guarantee against storm damage
• A sales pitch — we’ll tell you if you don’t need anything

Why We’re Doing It

Every year we take emergency calls that could have been prevented by catching a defect a few months earlier. A free 45-minute walkthrough in August often saves a homeowner $2,000+ in emergency work in October or November. It also gives our crews a chance to introduce ourselves before the next storm — most people first meet us in an emergency, which isn’t the best circumstance.
